What Is FireSign?

FireSign is a web-based digital signage platform, which means there is very little software to install and you can access your digital signage network from virtually anywhere.

For you collaborative types, FireSign lets you create an unlimited number of users with various permissions for creating and approving messages.

Web-based Login

When you are ready to create content, set playback schedules or manage user permissions, just open your browser and log into the FireSign system. FireSign works with Internet Explorer and Firefox on your PC.

With FireSign, you can control one screen across the room or thousands of screens around the globe.

Home Screen

Within FireSign, you will find all your media items, message segments, schedules and player locations organized for quick access.

The FireSign interface is highly intuitive with no sophisticated technology skills required. If you can produce office documents, you can create engaging digital signage.

Media Import

Import and organize your media elements by tagging each item with descriptive keywords. Tags are a great way to help you easily find your media assets when it comes time to create new message segments.

What kind of files can you import? How about all these familiar extensions: .mov, .mpg, .rtf, .txt, .gif, .jpg, .png, .aif, .mp3, .wav, .swf and .htm.

Message Segments

Here is where you will create and preview message segments for your FireSign system. FireSign does not limit the number of messages you can deliver, so feel free to create, store and reuse segments to your heart's content.

By the way, FireSign has some handy workflow features that let you mark unfinished segments and flag messages for review and approval.

Layout Editor

Our Layout tool gives you a blank canvas where you can create text and select any of the media assets stored in your library. The editor is timeline-based, so you can animate individual elements on and off the screen.

Event Listings

Enter your schedule details, and FireSign will automatically post and remove events at the appropriate times. You control font choices, background images and layout options.

Touchscreen Applications

We also offer a library of Touchscreen Applications with robust content management tools for modifying your own interactive content.

Need some help with your content? No problem. From custom templates to our library of touchscreen applications, we will help you keep your content fresh and engaging.

Advanced Scheduling

When your message segments are complete, it is time to schedule them for playback. FireSign gives you the flexibility to create any number of schedules for any combination of screen locations.

Easily create recurring schedules for your entire system or tailor a schedule for any individual screen.

Hardware Control Functions

With the proper equipment, FireSign even lets you control hardware functions. Set update intervals, switch input sources, and define when your monitors power on and off.
